Honey mask no. 3

Egg mask

  • Add 2-3 drops of vitamin A to the cream (regular fat cream).

Potato recipe

You will need half a cup of well-washed potato skins:

  • Grind them and add half a cup of flax seeds.
  • Mix everything and fill the mixture with half a liter of water.
  • Cook over low heat until a thick consistency is achieved.
  • Soak your hands in this paste for 20 minutes, rinse with warm water, and pat dry. Lubricate scratches and cracks with a tincture of iodine (2%).
  • Lubricate your hands with a nourishing cream.

From calendula

  • Pour a tablespoon of calendula with a liter of water and boil for 10 minutes.
  • Soak your hands in not very hot broth for 20 minutes. Calendula will have wound healing and anti-inflammatory effects.

From periwinkle

  • Pour 10 g of small periwinkle with 100 ml of water.
  • Boil for 5-10 minutes.
  • Leave for 20 minutes and strain.
  • Keep your hands in the warm broth for about 15 minutes. It helps with chapped hands.
