Rehearsal Dinner

Our rehearsal dinner was absolute perfection. We literally had a pizza truck in our front yard. Honestly, that is what dreams are made of. 

When researching venues for our wedding we came across the Rolling in Dough pizza truck- a brick oven pizza machine on wheels. The second I heard pizza and truck in one sentence I was sold. The experience was truly incredible. The truck looked awesome in our yard and was a great experience for our guests. Oh, and did I mention that the pizza was DELICIOUS. It was so delicious that I had to write delicious in all caps. I have a dairy allergy and my sister-in-law has a tomato sauce allergy and they were able to accommodate both of us seamlessly and deliciously. While I don’t drink, I’m sure our guests appreciated that we also hired The Bar Truck for the evening which doled out wine, beer and mixed drinks. They even made me an Arnold Palmer with fresh lemonade and iced tea! My only complaint from the evening was that our guests kept on eating the dairy free pizza I created- what’s that about?! If you are in any way considering renting the Rolling in Dough pizza truck or Bar Truck for an event don’t hesitate- just do it!
