I know, it’s the sweater again. I told you I was obsessed… do you believe me now? I’m all about the mint. Today I did some damage at Old Navy. They have a great bathing suit collection and perhaps the nicest employees in NYC. I mean, it was 6:30pm at night and when I asked the saleswoman for a bag to hold my goodies in she exclaimed, “Absolutely, one moment”! She even went so far as to ask if I was going on vacation (my bag was filled with bathing suits in every size and color). Seriously, the happiest sales people I’ve seen in a while. If you want a smile, and pleasant experience, hit up the Old Navy in Soho. I wasn’t stocking up on bathing suits for nothing. I’ll be hopping on a flight to Florida soon to soak in some sun and visit the cutest person alive. I really can’t wait.
There is a hidden treasure of East Hampton I forgot to mention… Luigi’s! If you want the best italian sandwiches out there you will not miss trying this place. Below is a sample of the veggie sandwich (artichokes, pesto and eggplant). Sorry meatheads, I’m vegetarian. For those that love meat, my BF is always satisfied when he goes there. He actually demands that we have Luigi’s every time we’re out in the Hamptons. Definitely stop by this great sandwich joint if you’re out on the island.
