I feel fat.
I’m not writing this for sympathy, it’s actually how I feel. Ever since I stopped exercising regularly in high school (yes I’m going that far back) my weight has gone on a roller coaster.
I long for the days when I was a consistent size.
I find it incredibly hard to motivate myself to go to the gym.
Do any of you have this?
I make lofty goals only to not accomplish them.
However, I really want to see this weight loss/health diet through.
I desperately want to be at my ideal weight (whatever that may be).
I think the only healthy habit I’ve picked up recently is my love of Green Juice.
Gaby’s green juice to be exact.
That’s right, I’m a juicer.
Nothing tastes better than the blend of veggies/fruits above.
Think of it as (green) lemonade with a dose of kale.
