Dairy-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

I have recently started to bake. I’ve found that the best dairy-free desserts are those that I make myself! I found this chocolate chip cookie recipe on Love Taza and adapted it to fit my dietary restrictions. They were insanely delicious. My whole family ate multiple as did my co-workers. No one could believe they were dairy-free!
*Recipe below:
1 cup dairy-free butter (earth balance is my favorite)
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/4 cups flour (give or take a little flour depending on your climate. Just feel it as you go and make sure it’s not sticky.)
1 cup (or more!) dairy-free chocolate chips (chocolate dream are my favorite)
Cream butter. Add in sugars and mix.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Mix the dry ingredients separately in a large bowl.
Gradually mix into butter/ sugar mixture.
Add chocolate chips.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
