Cover-Up vs. Dress

I was reading the post, Tunic or Not Tunic, on Kendi Everyday, and I had a moment of deja vu. 

I purchased this J. Crew swim cover-up with the full intention of wearing it as a real dress – labeling it as a cover-up just won’t do. I mean, light blue stripes and neon colored embroidery?  

It deserves all the attention a full blown dress receives. 

You, my dear non – cover-up, will be worn in both winter and summer as a dress.
