On the heels of all the eating that took place this past Thursday, I wanted to talk about a favorite dessert of mine, So Delicious ice cream. The biggest struggle I've encountered with a dairy allergy is finding tasty desserts to eat. One night I got extremely upset just thinking about not being able to eat chocolate peanut butter ice cream again.

Lucky for me, I happened to stumble across So Delicious ice cream in Whole Foods while searching for dairy-free desserts. This company makes a variety of flavors using three types of dairy alternatives - soy milk, almond milk and coconut milk. My personal favorite is the soy milk ice cream because it tastes the most similar to real milk ice cream. 

The best part about So Delicious ice creams is that they come in many different flavors. I was ecstatic to find out that they make a peanut butter zig-zag ice cream. 

My fear of never having chocolate peanut butter ice cream again is over!
