I feel fat

I'm not writing this for sympathy, it's actually how I feel. Ever since I stopped exercising regularly in high school (yes I'm going that far back) my weight has gone on a roller coaster
I long for the days when I was a consistent size.

 I find it incredibly hard to motivate myself to go to the gym. 
Do any of you have this? 
I make lofty goals only to not accomplish them. 

However, I really want to see this weight loss/health diet through. 

I desperately want to be at my ideal weight (whatever that may be). 

I think the only healthy habit I've picked up recently is my love of Green Juice. 
Gaby's green juice to be exact. 

That's right, I'm a juicer
Nothing tastes better than the blend of veggies/fruits above. 

Think of it as (green) lemonade with a dose of kale. 
I promise, you will not regret it.

I know what you mean! I, too have been on the roller coaster too long. But I have discovered fresh fruit smoothies are soooo delicious, and healthy as long as I use unsweetened frozen fruit!
