Necklace: DIY, Sweater: T by Alexander Wang, Bag: 3.1 Phillip Lim, Skirt: J. Crew, Shoes: Madewell
I certainly dressed for the holiday but I didn't eat for it. Instead, I went to dinner with the BF, BFF and her BF (get the difference here) for an authentic Cuban meal at Rincon Criollo. Some of you may not know, but I am half Puerto Rican, and although we didn't eat Puerto Rican food, it was certainly close enough.
I figured while all you Irish were getting close to your roots, I'd do the same. I was also able to add another restaurant to my Drive-ins, Diners and Dives belt (fourth one and counting).
While I've liked the other restaurants I've been to, I think this one may have been the best.
The food was unreal and the owner was a character, singing happy birthday to customers in a birthday hat and funky sunglasses.
Best part of all?
The Ropa Vieja
I think I'll end on that salivating note.
