Tomorrow I have a doctors appointment at an eye-opening 6:30amET. I didn't even know doctor's made appointments that early, but I'm extremely grateful because now I don't have to take a day off of work. 

This is my second doctors appointment in a month or so because I have a fatty liver. That's right, all those cupcakes you used to see in the beginning of this blog have officially caught up to me. I find it hard to keep healthy during the week because I'm really too tired to cook when I come home from work.

How do you all stay healthy? 
Any tips? 

I think I should take a page out of my mom's book as she made a really amazing (and healthy) jambalaya for dinner tonight. I'm pretty sure the BF would love me that much more if I got back into cooking but I really can't light that fire under my ass to get things started.

In regards to staying healthy.. I definitely have a hard time during the winter with eating right and exercising. But when the weather gets warmer, I enjoy walking every other day and drinking tons of water. Hope your liver will be alright!

If I'm tired I stuff myself with every possible junk food that exists, there is no escaping from that :D I don't have the will to cook when I'm tired.
If we want to eat something different than KFC, we order online. :D

love this outfit, especially your beautiful ring stack! staying healthy is borderline impossible during winter, and this one has been particularly endless. but i make sure to start every day with a big glass of water and i try to make sure that at least one of my meals everyday is liquid (as in a smoothie for breakfast or soup for lunch or dinner) just to give the old digestive system a little break. or to prepare it for a barrage of baby cakes cupcakes depending on the kind of week i'm having!
